Hey There

I am Daniel

A Chicago therapist helping clients rewrite their stories.  Unpacking what’s happening, explore where it comes from, and building tools needed to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Family Life Is Messy but Fixable

Between parenting challenges, family conflict, and the chaos of everyday life, it’s easy for communication to break down. I help adolescents, parents, and families rebuild connection, repair trust, and navigate change with more understanding and less tension.

My goal? To help you make sense of the mess, unpack what’s really going on, and rediscover the parts of your family that feel like home again.

What To Expect in Sessions

Working with me is conversational, grounded, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a space where everyone—especially teens and parents—can exhale. We’ll talk, reflect, and use practical tools that fit your family’s rhythm.

I’m open, thoughtful, and direct, but never judgmental. I mix structure with humor, because growth requires both comfort and challenge. Together, we’ll focus on creating healthier patterns, clearer boundaries, and stronger communication.

Real Conversations. Lasting Change.

Family Reconnection

When family bonds feel strained by conflict or distance, sessions focus on rebuilding trust and safety so real connection can grow again. It’s about creating peace, not forcing it.

Co-Parenting Support

Parenting apart doesn’t mean parenting alone. Therapy helps parents communicate clearly, set boundaries, and create calm routines that keep kids at the center.

Teen & Parent Balance

The teen years bring change for everyone. Sessions help families bridge communication gaps, ease tension, and build mutual respect that lasts beyond adolescence.

Men’s Wellness & Fatherhood

A grounded space for men to unpack pressure, identity, and relationships—building emotional strength and balance at home and within themselves.

Current Availability

Your Privacy

Your privacy isn’t just paperwork—it’s personal. Every conversation stays between you and your therapist, so that you feel safe, judgment-free, and built on trust—

Final Thoughts

Every family has its own story — and I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. My role is to help you unpack the layers shaping your relationships and create new ways of connecting that actually last.

Clients often tell me that my sessions feel both challenging and encouraging. That’s intentional — growth happens when we’re honest, supported, and ready to do the work.

Let’s Start Where You Are

You don’t have to fix everything at once — we’ll take it one conversation at a time.

Learn More About Daniel

What inspired you to become a therapist?

I’ve always been fascinated by what makes people tick — our stories, patterns, and emotions. Therapy became my way of helping people make peace with their past and step into their best selves.

Relatable and real. I’m solution-focused but grounded in empathy. I’ll challenge you when it’s needed, but you’ll always feel supported while doing the work.

Seeing people realize they’re capable of more than they believed. Watching clients grow and finally see their own progress is the best part of what I do.

I keep it simple — time with family, good food, and moments that remind me to slow down. I believe therapists need balance too.

Therapy isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress. Show up as you are — we’ll figure it out together.
